Subscription

1. How do I subscribe?
You can subscribe to “2Become1” either by means of Credit Card or by telephone.

2. When does my subscription begin?
If you purchased the subscription with a credit card, your subscription will begin immidietly.

3. Why should I subscribe?
As a member, a few options are free, such as: access the profile search engine, send and receive messages from and to other members.

However,only paying subscribers can enjoy a broden range of options. When you become a Subscriber, you have an illimited access to all options and are enable to:
- Observe information sent by others members (private message, private photo, phone number, e-mail address, etc.).
- Contact members who have approached you and send your communication details to other members, regardless of the status of their membership (even if they are not subscribers).
- Receive top priority in the presentation of search results, and you will appear at the top of search result lists before non-paying members and star owners. Your profile will appear prior to non-subscriber's profiles on every list in “2Become1.” Next to your name on all lists in “2Become1” there will appear a special subscriber’s icon, letting all other members know that they can communicate freely with you and that you are able to see all the information that has been sent to you or will be sent to you.
- As a “2Become1” subscriber you will be able to enjoy special offers and exclusive benefits.

4. How much does it cost?

Subscription is free until the 1st of March 2007.

Personal information

1. Who can see my personal information?
Your telephone number, private photo and e-mail address will be seen only to members to whom you choose to pass this information.

2. I forgot my username/password, how do I retrieve it?

In this case you can use the password retrieval function, which is found in the “forgot your password” link, located under “Enter” on the “2Become1” home-page. The system will retrieve your user name/password using the e-mail address you gave when you joined “2Become1.”

3. I forgot both my username and password, how do I retrieve them?

In this case you must e-mail our customer service and supply the following details: name, last name, date of birth, phone number, and e-mail address as they appear in your profile.

Profile search

1. Why are there no results to my profile search?
If the comment: “No candidates were found according to the specific search criteria” appears, simply redefine the search criteria. The more you generalize the search criteria the more possible matches will be selected.

2.How many names should I expect to come up in my profile search results?

Search results deliver up to 10 pages. Each page contains up to 25 profiles.

3. Advanced search - How do I find better matches?

Each criterion has a relevance level that varies from “necessary” to “not very important.” Take the “smoker” category for example: If it is very important to you that your match be a non-smokers, first check “non smoker” in this category and choose the relevance level “necessary.” When you conduct a search, at the top of the results you will find those profiles that are a perfect match or those that are the closest to your perfect match. Henceforth in descending order you will find profiles that are farther and farther away from your search criteria. “2Become1” subscribers will always appear first in your search results.

4. Will I receive profiles of members I already deleted in my future searches?

Yes, with a comment at the top of the member’s profile stating: “On ___ (date), last contact was made with this member, following which the profile was deleted.”

Contacts


1. Why am I not getting any new messages?
Go to “my profile” and click on “This is what my profile looks like” to make sure that the details you submitted are correct. We recommend that you fill in all the fields in your profile and try to present yourself in a truthful, interesting and special way. In addition, we urge you to approach members yourself; there is nothing to lose and everything to gain!

2. Why are people not responding to my messages?

If you haven’t subscribed to “2Become1,” other none-subscribers will not be able to view the content of your message. In order for members to view the contents of your messages and for you to receive information without any “____________,” you must purchase a subscription.

3. How can I find out if I have new messages?

Once you sign in to “2Become1,” new messages will await you in the “new messages” section.

4.How do I know if a member responded to my message?

Responses to the messages you have sent will await you in the “contact list” section.

5. How can I update my profile?

To update your profile, enter “my profile” and choose the category you wish to update. Click on the category, make the adjustments and click “ok” to complete this action.

6. Why are members being deleted from my contact list?

There are 3 possible reasons:
a) The maximum number of members that can appear in your contact list is limited to 100. If you exceed this number, the system will automatically delete the necessary profiles in order to stay below 100.
b) The member’s profile was deleted by the management of “2Become1” for one reasons or another.
c) The member has terminated his membership in “2Become1”.

7. How can I prevent certain members from contacting me?
There are two ways to do that:
a)”Member screening” enables you to limit the age range of the member who wishes to approach you. This option is presented to you upon registration and can be added and update in the “my profile” section.
b) If there are specific members that you wish to prevent from contacting you, you can send them to your “black list,” located in the “new messages” and “contact list” sections, thereby ensuring that these members will not be able to contact you.
